We hope to see you at Pop-Up Magazine: Love Stories this fall!
With support from Google, Pop-Up Magazine: Love Stories will feature ASL interpreters, open captioning, audio descriptions, and ADA accessible seating. Please read below for additional information about these features.
Q: What is your Covid-19 policy?
A: Currently, masks will be required at all Pop-Up Magazine shows. Proof of vaccination will not be required, but vaccination is highly recommended. In order to keep everyone safe, please stay home if you have any symptoms of COVID-19, or if you are under any isolation or quarantine orders at the time of the event.
Q: When should I arrive at the theater?
A: Please allow extra time for entry and finding your way to your seat. We suggest arriving 45 minutes before the show. You can use Google Maps Accessible Transit Routes to map wheelchair-accessible routes to each venue by heading to maps.google.com, or using the Google Maps app. Enter the destination of the theater, select Transit, and click “options” to view wheelchair-accessible routes. Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Tickets are non-refundable.
Q: How do I reserve ASL seating?
A: You can reserve seats marked ASL/CAPTION through each venue directly on their online ticketing page (links below). If you run into any issues, please call the box office directly (numbers are listed below for each venue). Please note personal ASL interpreters will not be available. If you require a discount to reserve ASL seating, contact hi@popupmagazine.com. Please also reach out to us with any questions!

A: Open captioning will be available in select seats. You can reserve seats marked ASL/CAPTION through each venue directly on their online ticketing page (links below). Q: How do I reserve ADA accessible seating?
A: Each venue has reserved ADA accessible seating that can accommodate wheelchairs. You can reserve seats marked ADA through each venue directly on their online ticketing page (links below). If you run into any issues, please contact the box office directly (numbers are listed below for each venue).
Q: How do I access the audio description service?
A: To request a device for audio descriptions at a show, please contact the venue box office at least one week prior to the event to reserve a device. Available headsets are free-of-charge and in limited quantities. Requests for devices less than one week from the show will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Audio descriptions are produced by Woman of Her Word and Cliff Hahn Sound, narrated by Michele Spitz.
